ODUNLADE ADEKOLA BURIES LATE FATHER IN OTU-EKITI

Popular Nollywood actor, Odunlade Adekola, has laid his father, Pastor N.A. Adekola, to rest in Otun Ekiti, Ekiti State. The late cleric passed away in July at the age of 84.
The burial rites began with a Service of Songs on August 18 at Christ Apostolic Church, Abeokuta, followed by a wake-keeping and lying-in-state in Otun Ekiti. The interment was held on Thursday, August 21.
The funeral ceremony drew a large crowd, including family members, colleagues, fans, and well-wishers. Prominent Nollywood stars such as Ibrahim Chatta, Muyiwa Ademola, Eniola Ajao, and Ireti Osayemi were in attendance to support their colleague.
Odunlade Adekola had earlier announced his father’s passing on Instagram in July, prompting an outpouring of condolences from fans and industry associates.
