Ned Nwoko Sued The King And Lost - By Azuka Jebose

THE COURT RULED: KING JUSTIN CHUKWUNOMSO NWOKO IS A KING!
There are certain things life does not grant the rich and the poor as part of existence. For instance, our existence on planet earth is limited. There are those born to Royalty, a hereditary Royalty and there is nothing, anyone can do to change that inheritance. Ned Nwoko with his billions of naira and thugs tried to change the history of an ancient Kingdom with a beloved culture and tradition when he went to court to restrain the king of Idumuje Ugboko from “parading himself as a King of the Kingdom’, two years ago.
MONEY CAN'T BUY YOU EVERYTHING,
Ned Nwoko and his thugs( yes that's the appropriate word for his legions of young ignorant and arrogant followers) were dealt with a mega rejection by the court.
So, for those young fools who have taken to social media to address our king Chukwunomso Nwoko as A PRINCE, here are the last paragraphs of the Judge's rulings, on pages 14 and 15 of the case Ned Nwoko filed. Perhaps, you will learn to respect a dynasty. The Judge's ruling is thus:
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE DELTA STATE OF NIGERIA
IN THE ISSELE-UKU JUDICIAL DIVISION HOLDEN AT ISSELE-UKU BEFORE HIS LORDSHIP THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE C.O. OGISI (MRS). ON THURSDAY, THE 22ND DAY OF MARCH 2018
BETWEEN
CHIEF CHRISTOPHER OGWU
PRINCE WALTER EZIASHI
PRINCE UCHE NWOKO
(CLAIMANTS/APPLICANTS)
VERSUS:
JUSTIN OREZE CHUKWUNONSO NWOKO
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN ANIOCHA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL
THE HONOURABLE ATTORNEY GENERAL COMMISSIONER FOR JUSTICE DELTA STATE OF NIGERIA
HON. BRIGHT ONOJEGHO, HON COMMISSIONER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND CHIEFTAINCY AFFAIRS
Suit Number: A/36/17
“……..When a Court is asked to restrain a party from doing an act pending the decision in a matter, no order to restrain will be made. The reason is as simple as it is clear. What is sought to be prevented has in fact happened
Continuing with his judgement, the Judge ruled that:” In the instant that I am being asked to retrain, the 1st Defendant/Respondent from parading himself and from being recognized and installed by the State Government. The 1st Defendant/Respondent having been crowned, cannot be restrained. The Applicants are asking me to retrain the 1st Defendant/Respondent from parading himself as the Obi of Idumuje Ugboko. The 1st Defendant/Respondent having been crowned in accordance with the tradition of Idumuje Ugboko, I cannot restrain him from parading himself as the Obi of Idumuje Ugboko.
The Applicants have not shown by their affidavit that the balance of convenience leans in their favour. I am therefore not inclined to grant this application in the circumstance of this case.
In the sum, this application FAILS AND IT IS DISMISSED.
HON. JUSTICE C.O OGISI (MRS.)
JUDGE
March 22, 2018
The above is the ruling. It ends all conspiracies that the King was not duly sworn in or recognized by the Court of the land. You people went to c went to court and lost. Yet you continue to insult, disrespect and desecrate the King and the ancient traditional institution, revered and adore adored by the great indigenes of Idumuje Ugboko Kingdom. The curse of the gods is very real. Ned Nwoko thinks money can buy everything. You were flogged in court. You lost. Loser!. To all the Nwoko’s thugs and militants and to Ned Nwoko, get this: His Royal Highness, Justin Chukwunomso Nwoko is YOUR KING, OUR ROYAL HIGHNESS and you WILL RESPECT YOUR KING, OUR KING. You will bow to the King.. Stay With Me.
