LAMIDO ACCUSES APC FOR DISUNITY IN THE COUNTRY BY MARY ABAZUO

The one time governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido had indicted the All Progressive Congress (APC) to be the cause of disunity among the several tribes of Nigeria since Buhari's 2015 election win.
The former governor dropped the hints yesterday at the 29 men reconciliation committee inauguration of the state Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He noted that APC before their 2015 win had accused the Peoples Democratic Party of being responsible for Boko Haram. Ironically the bandit and several others keep emerging even after APC's first tenure.
"People are being maimed, killed in their homes, towns and villages completely sacked while their women were subjected to utter humiliation under the watchful eyes if those in power today," Lamido said.
The then Jigawa State Governor noted that the committee is created to forgive and forget the blames and accusations thrown at the party and as such should be fair and just while dealing with members.
The Chairman of the State PDP, Dr. Babandi Ibrahim said the party will do anything it has to in order to contact afflicted members and work towards the betterment of the party.
