Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Uriel Oputa, has called on social media users to respect people’s privacy and concentrate on their own personal development.

In a candid Instagram post, Uriel stressed that certain aspects of an individual’s life are strictly private and should not be subject to public scrutiny or unsolicited opinions.

“There are certain things that are nobody’s business — and I mean nobody,” she wrote. “Let me tap into your blessing? Stop that. Don’t tap into what you don’t understand. You don’t know the sacrifice, the process, the pain, and the journey.”

Uriel encouraged followers to channel their energy into their own goals rather than becoming overly invested in the lives of others. She urged fans to stay focused, work on their own path, and refrain from judgment or interference in others’ personal choices.

She went on to list several matters she believes should remain private, including how individuals earn their money, relationship choices, marriage plans, childbirth, and divorce.

“It’s your life, journey, and story — and you owe no one an explanation,” she concluded.

Uriel’s message has sparked conversations online, resonating with many who praised her for promoting boundaries and self-awareness in an age of increasing social media intrusion.
