BBNAIJA’S KOLA SPEAKS ON GENUINE FEELINGS FOR DEDE

Big Brother Naija Season 10 finalist Kola has opened up about his genuine affection for fellow housemate Dede, while throwing subtle shade at Jason during a candid post-show interview.
Kola explained that his connection with Dede went beyond physical attraction, saying he was drawn to her personality, intelligence, and emotional depth.
“I wanted to know her on a deeper level. When I say deeper level, I just didn’t want the softest level of getting to know her,” he said.
The reality star admitted that Dede had set boundaries and had other admirers in the house, but maintained that his feelings were sincere and not part of any game strategy.
“I knew she had somebody else like me. I knew the boundaries she had, but I just wanted to know her on a deeper level — and I think that’s normal. I’m human at the end of the day. My feelings were my feelings,” Kola added.
Addressing tension with fellow housemate Jason, Kola accused him of hypocrisy, claiming Jason had no right to judge his pursuit of Dede while being “unfaithful” to someone outside the show.
“The hypocrisy of it all is that you’re coming for the chaser. She held herself to a high standard. You moved from one point to another and kept moving. So, I don’t think you’re in any position to tell me how to go about it if I’m chasing somebody or not — because you yourself were not loyal in any way,” he stated.
Kola wrapped up the conversation by reaffirming that he never played multiple women during the show, insisting that his interest in Dede was real and heartfelt.
“I genuinely liked her, and I’m not going to make it seem like it’s wrong to genuinely like somebody,” he concluded.
